We can accomodate 5-12 guests in a single house, through to 36 guests across all 3 homes, see group accommodation.
All 3 houses have views of the mountain from a spa pool and large deck for entertaining. The smallest house is 143sqm and the others are 154sqm, this excludes covered entertainment spaces and carports.
Ohakune, best known for Turoa ski field in the winter, is also very popular in the summer, with a number of walks up and around the mountain, or mountain biking the old coach road and beyond.

Less than 400m walk, to the famous Ohakune Carrot Adventure Park that houses a great variety of playground equipment, biking and 'tough kid' challenge course. There is also a shuttle service that runs up the mountain, for a day on the slopes hiking or skiing.

COMFORT
Each residence in Ohakune boasts five spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Each house features a luxurious arrangement of bedrooms, including one king-sized bed and two queen-sized beds + 5 singles and a sofa bed.
Additionally, there are dedicated entertainment spaces for children, complete with a sleeper couch and bunk beds, as well as an additional bunk room. The open-plan living areas are adorned with high-end furnishings and designer kitchens, all complemented by breathtaking views of the mountains.
Furthermore, each residence comes equipped with its own spa pool, ensuring relaxation and comfort.
For snow enthusiasts, there's a convenient dry room designed specifically for storing and drying snow gear, complete with a heat pump to ensure everything is ready for the next adventure.
EV FRIENDLY
We ourselves drive an electric car so we know how important it is to be able to charge overnight
Each of our houses is equipped with a Tesla Type 2 Destination Charger; or an outdoor 10A standard plug, you can rest assured we can support just about any Electric Car.

SOLAR / BATTERY
To complement the EV sustainability approach, we have installed 8kw of solar on each property; we just about push more to the grid each month than what we import, providing local power to the community
A few of our homes have a 13.5kw Tesla battery which help in the event of a power outage, but more importantly take the load off the grid at peak times.
ABOUT US
We're a family that loves to holiday around New Zealand. We've been lucky enough to purchase a few pieces of land in the places we love and build the dream holiday houses in locations we love. Ohakune is a place where we holidayed as kids and now we're sharing that with our kids and likely the kids of many of our guests.
We are a clean green kiwi family that likes to know we're doing our bit for the environment, so we drive an Electric car and have solar and battery on all of our properties, to ensure we take less than what we give back.
